Prime Pass Institute operates on a unique "Pass First, Pay Later" model. This means:

• No coaching fee is charged at the time of enrolment
• No payment is taken during your studies — at any stage
• No card details, bank details, or payment information is ever collected by us

A coaching fee only becomes payable after a student successfully passes their respective ACCA paper or CMA part examination.

This fee is discussed and agreed upon only at the point it becomes due — after a confirmed pass result. It is not collected before or during your studies under any circumstances.

If a student does not pass their exam, no fee is owed — ever. There is no charge for:

• Failed exam attempts
• Re-attempts (unlimited re-attempts are available at no cost)
• Time spent studying with us
• Access to live sessions, recorded classes, or course materials

If a student chooses to stop studying at any point — for any reason — they may do so freely with no penalty and no charge.

Since no fee was ever collected, no refund request is possible or necessary. Discontinuation carries no financial consequence for the student.

Please note that fees charged directly by ACCA UK or IMA (Institute of Management Accountants, USA) for exam registration, membership, or exemptions are entirely separate from our coaching services.

These official exam fees are the student's own responsibility and are not covered under our Pass First, Pay Later model. We have no involvement in, or liability for, any fees paid directly to ACCA or IMA.
