This is the question almost every student asks first, so let's be completely clear about it.

At any given time, you are only studying one paper — for example, Paper 1 of ACCA or Part 1 of CMA. We do not ask you to think about the entire ACCA or CMA qualification at once, and we do not wait until you finish the whole program to charge anything.

You then move on to the next paper and the same cycle repeats — pass first, pay for that paper, then continue. This way, you are never paying for something you haven't achieved yet.

No. We have no involvement whatsoever with ACCA's or CMA's official registration, exam, or subscription fees. These are paid directly by the student to ACCA or CMA through their own official channels.

Prime Pass Institute only charges for our coaching — and only after you pass a paper, as explained above. We never collect any fee on behalf of ACCA or CMA, at any point.

Correct — if you sit your exam and don't pass, you owe us nothing for that attempt. There are no partial charges, no "attempt fees", and no penalties.

We will continue coaching you for your re-attempt at no additional cost, for as long as it takes. Our fee is only ever charged when you actually pass — your success and our income are directly linked, which is exactly how we believe it should be.
