Terms of Enrolment & No-Liability Disclaimer
Please read this page carefully before enrolling in any course. By enrolling in any coaching program offered on this platform — whether for ACCA or CMA USA — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms and conditions.
1. Free Coaching — No Upfront Fee
All tuition coaching provided on this platform is completely free at the time of enrolment. You will not be charged any coaching fee before or during your studies. Tuition fees only become payable upon successfully passing your respective exam paper or part. If you do not pass, no coaching fee is owed — under any circumstances.
2. No Guarantee of Exam Success
While we are fully committed to delivering high-quality coaching and study support, we do not guarantee any specific exam result or outcome. Passing an ACCA or CMA USA examination depends on multiple factors including — but not limited to — the student’s individual effort, study hours, preparation level, exam performance, and the examining body’s own standards and marking criteria. These factors are entirely outside our control, and no assurance of success is given or implied at any stage of enrolment.
3. No Liability for Failed Attempts
If a student does not pass an exam — regardless of the number of attempts made — the coaching provider shall bear no financial, legal, or moral liability whatsoever. Since no coaching fee is charged unless the student passes, no financial loss is incurred by the student in relation to tuition. The student therefore has no grounds to raise any claim, dispute, or legal action against the coaching provider on the basis of failed exam attempts, time invested in preparation, or any perceived loss arising from unsuccessful results.
4. Unlimited Attempts — Continued Free Access
Students who do not pass their exam on the first attempt are welcome to continue using the coaching resources and re-attempt their exam. Course access remains available across multiple attempts at no additional cost. However, the no-liability terms stated in this document continue to apply across all attempts, without exception, regardless of how many times a student re-sits an examination.
5. Teaching Style, Course Material & Intellectual Property
All lecture notes, video content, study materials, teaching techniques, and course structure used on this platform are the sole intellectual property of the coaching provider. The manner in which topics are taught — including the choice of reference books, video format, explanation style, and sequencing of content — is entirely at the coaching provider’s professional discretion.
Students acknowledge and agree that:
- The coaching provider’s teaching style and methodology are personal and professionally determined.
- No student may raise any objection, complaint, or claim against the coaching provider on the basis that they did not understand or did not prefer the teaching style, video content, or course material.
- If a student feels that the teaching approach, videos, or study material do not suit their learning needs, they are free to discontinue the course at any time — at no cost and with no penalty.
- Discontinuation of the course by the student does not entitle them to any compensation, refund, or claim of any nature, since no fee was charged in the first place.
The coaching provider reserves the right to update, modify, or change course content, videos, and materials at any time without prior notice.
6. No Obligation to Complete Course Syllabus or Credit Hours
The coaching provided on this platform is supplementary exam preparation support and does not constitute a formally regulated or accredited academic programme. Accordingly:
- The coaching provider is under no obligation to complete the full syllabus, cover every topic or chapter, finish any specific textbook, or deliver a fixed number of teaching hours or credit hours for any subject.
- The selection, sequencing, and extent of topics covered is entirely at the coaching provider’s professional judgment and discretion.
- No student may raise any claim, complaint, or dispute on the grounds that certain topics, chapters, or subject areas were not covered, that a specific course book was not completed, or that a minimum number of teaching or contact hours was not fulfilled.
- The absence of any particular topic or material from the coaching sessions does not constitute a breach of any obligation on the part of the coaching provider, and does not entitle the student to any form of compensation or refund.
7. Exam Registration & Official Fees
All official examination registration fees, membership fees, and any other charges imposed by ACCA UK or IMA (Institute of Management Accountants, USA) are entirely the student’s own responsibility. These are independent of our coaching services and are not covered under our Pass First, Pay Later model.
8. Student’s Own Responsibility
By enrolling, the student accepts full personal responsibility for their exam preparation, time management, attendance, and results. Enrolment in our coaching program does not constitute a guarantee of employment, professional certification, or qualification attainment.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Continued use of this platform and participation in any coaching session — whether live, recorded, or in written form — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
